On December 21, it was revealed in the press that Blake Lively filed a complaint against Justin Baldoni, her acting partner in the film Never Again. The latter accuses the actor of sexual harassmentand inappropriate behavior on set, which allegedly caused her “serious emotional distress”.
TMZ has obtained the contents of the complaint, which details inappropriate behavior as well as the steps Blake Lively has taken to ensure a more respectful work environment. During filming, the actress allegedly asked, among other things, the actor to stop “showing him videos or images of naked women”, to stop mentioning his alleged “addiction to pornography”, as well as to stop discussing his “sexual conquests” in front of her. Blake Lively also allegedly insisted that there be “no more sex, oral sex or orgasm scenes in front of the camera concerning her outside of the framework of the script approved by the latter”.

At first, the teams allegedly tried to defuse tensions during a meeting attended by several personalities, including Blake Lively's husband Ryan Reynolds. Despite everything, the situation reportedly got worse, creating an extremely difficult climate on set.
While Justin Baldoni's lawyer Bryan Freedman claims that these accusations are false and that Blake Lively is the one who caused problems during filming, several rumors already pointed the finger at the actor earlier this year.
