A surprising and disconcerting confidence. Friday, January 10, 2025, Bruce Toussaint was the guest of Quotidien. The journalist, who has been presenting the TF1 morning show for over a year, was asked about his children. Indeed, he is the happy father of two children, Lola and Noé. Yann Barthès wanted to know their level of mathematics and was probably not disappointed by the father's response.
“They are both rubbish“, he thus launched, without mincing words, Bruce Toussaint. He nevertheless assured that they both knew how to count when it suited them. While a report on the inequality of little girls and little boys in this matter had just been broadcast, the journalist from the first channel explained that he had not seen any difference between his daughter and his son.

“I haven't necessarily noticed any differences in this regard, especially when they ask me for money. […] It is done equally, and that, I find remarkable“, he continued, laughing. Three days later, in Bonjour!, the morning show on TF1, he was questioned about this surprising confidence concerning his children.
Indeed, one of his columnists allowed himself to point out to him that it was not at all kind to say that his children were useless. “They told me that they were very shocked,” he said at first. “And then we burst out laughing. I think the only thing I passed on to them was a sense of humor, and that's already not so bad“, he added, laughing.
Bruce Toussaint believes he is attentive with his children
In an interview with Télé Magazine a few weeks ago, Bruce Toussaint had already made some confidences about the relationship he can maintain with his children. “I am very attentive to what they tell me because they talk to me without a filter […] My children can be hard-nosed, but I'm used to it, I'm armored“, he had revealed.
Naturally discreet about his private life, the journalist very rarely mentions his two children who are adults today. Despite everything, he never misses an opportunity to remind people how proud he is of them.
