The Football League's disciplinary committee has delivered its verdict, and it has been heavy-handed. Sent off for an angry gesture on Angers player Ferhat, the new MHSC captain Jordan Ferri received a three-match suspension and a suspended sentence.

Sanctioned with two yellow cards in less than a quarter of an hour, for his return, Malian defender Kiki Kouyaté will only miss the next match against Monaco, this Friday, January 17.

Partial closed session

Furthermore, for having used pyrotechnic devices in their enclosure during the trip to Lyon, on January 4, a match to close the Etang de Thau stand at the Stade de la Mosson was decided, by revocation of suspended sentence. A sanction that will take effect from January 21. The Butte will therefore be able to welcome spectators against Monaco but will remain empty during the match against Lens on the 20th day, at the beginning of February.
