The man who praised the merits of hydroxychloroquine during the Covid-19 pandemic has decided to renew himself.

The infectious disease specialist and former director of the Marseille University Hospital Institute for Infectious Diseases (IHU) has just announced the creation of a start-up in cosmetology “Magnifiscience”, in collaboration with Nina Basri, entrepreneur and founder of an “innovative cosmetic laboratory”, reports France 3.

“Des soins revolutionary” ?

“Magnifiscience is based on a shared vision: to use cutting-edge science to deliver revolutionary skin care”, boasts the Instagram post.

In concrete terms, the start-up will sell a range of anti-aging products that “maintain and repair skin structures”, takes over France 3.

Didier Raoult is promoting this new brand on his YouTube channel, confiding that he has already had a relationship with “a company of cosmetology”, “at the beginning of the creation of the IHU” of Marseille, in particular for “work on acne”, details the Huffington Post.

The products should soon see the light of day. A way for the fallen Marseille professor to turn the page on Covid-19 and his study on the use of hydroxychloroquine against this virus.
