It was time for Céline Géraud to confide. On Monday, January 20, 2025, the champion went to the set of “Chez Jordan” to talk about her childhood, the death of her mother, her private life and of course her career. The former French judoka who became a journalist and television host spoke about her time on the air but especially her incredible journey on the tatami.
As she revealed to Jordan de Luxe, her rise was not without sacrifices. “I eat healthy, I don't drink, I don't smoke.” she first assured on C8. Then, she revealed that she had had to submit to many diets that were not always easy to always be on top. “I was on major diets, I lost between 5 and 7 kilos at each time with weight gains in between.” she confided.

Fortunately, this weight management did not upset anything. Céline Géraud only regretted that at the time she did not été followed more than ça. “We followed the few recommendations of our doctors, but it was difficult for me.
