Curled up in the shower

According to our colleagues, the young woman's body was curled up in the shower of the accommodation, within a mother-child reception center. Although no trace of blood was found, the authorities nevertheless noted the presence of several bruises on her arms.

Not far from there in the apartment, the firefighters discovered a two-year-old child in his pram, clearly dehydrated. At the moment it is not known how long he was left without care.

An investigation opened

The child was taken to hospital. As for the spouse, who, as a reminder, alerted the authorities, he is nowhere to be found. He is said to have left the scene before help arrived. The police are looking for him “actively”, our colleagues note.

An investigation has been opened to “search for the causes of death”, the Bobigny prosecutor's office reported.
