Herbert Leonard does not seem to have digested the Kendji Girac affair. Despite everything, the 79-year-old singer specified that he admired him a lot. “I really like what this guy does (…) but I feel sorry for him. I still support him morally to get him out of all his problems.” concluded Herbert Léonard.

Kendji Girac case: the album of redemption

As a reminder, in April 2024, Kendji Girac found himself in hospital, between life and death after his accidental shooting following an argument with his partner Soraya. Coming out of this ordeal alive, he then took his life back in hand by dealing with his alcohol and drug problems during a long period of convalescence. Then, he returned to the studios. A few months after the tragedy, Kendj Girac returned to the forefront of the scene with an album called “Vivre”.
