The tender confidences of François Cluzet about his wife

During his life, the actor has known several women. But it was with Narjiss that he succeeded &agrave find a certain balance: “It happened the day I met Narjiss. The woman I've been married to for thirteen years, who is not neurotic, who is not an actress, who sings in the morning and who does what no other would have done for me: “Tell me don't worry, I'm going to be with you, I'm going to do this for you”, he explained.

Former communications director of the Carlton in Cannes, the actor's wife has decided to leave everything to devote his life to her: “Narjiss is not in need of seduction. When she told me: ‘I'm going to stop working and take care of you’, she fulfilled a dream that, without admitting it, I had always aspired to. That a woman would want to devote her life to me seems unreal to me”, he had already confié in the magazine in 2011.

Their unexpected meeting in the South of France

The meeting between François Cluzet and Narjiss took place in the Carlton in Cannes. After having exchanged a drink, they never left each other again: “We ended up sharing a Coke at the bar and our conversation lasted two hours. I remember saying to him: ‘Isn't it too late to love? I didn't believe in it anymore. For me, love should transport us on a flying carpet or in a Chagall painting”, he had, in fact, declared.

And to conclude: “After my divorce, more than twenty-five years ago years old, I swore to myself never to remarry. Until I fell in love with this woman. I finally discovered true love. This is the first time I'm not in love with an actress!”.
