Des confidences déversantes… Wednesday, January 22, 2025, Estelle Lefébure released the book Welcome, bienvenue le temps qui passe, published by Flammarion. On the publishing house's website, we can read: “Throughout the pages, I share with you my experience as a mother, grandmother, partner, and active woman which, I hope, will convince you that our life has nothing to do with our age: it is a reflection of who we are. Welcome is my method for learning to welcome each day as a gift”.
In the midst of promoting this book, the former model éwas present on the set of Bonjour, the TF1 morning show, Tuesday, February 4, 2025. Invited to talk about her family, Estelle Lefébure saw a childhood photo appear on the screen, where she can be seen alongside her mother, Denise Lefébure, who lost her life in the middle of the night on November 5, 2022, after being mown down by a truck.

ÉMoved to tears, the mother of three children declared : “That's all, she was my foundation, she was my role model. She was a strong mother, very active too, who worked until she was 65 and who unfortunately disappeared at 65. It's still too young… And I was 34, I was also very young“.
While the death of her mother has given her a new place in her family, Estelle Lefébure has added : “What is difficult is to tell yourself that you are taking the place of your parents and that there is no one above you. Suddenly, you become the one who has to hold everyone… and it's difficult”.

Sunday, February 2, 2025, on the set of Les Enfants de la TV, the young woman had already been overcome with emotion when she saw photos of her parents appear on the screen. “It's always a little difficult and I talk about it in the book, it's difficult because time passes and the emotions are still there, the pain is still there. I lost my parents very early, much too early. So really, I say enjoy the people you love, it's very very important”, she had confided.
Wednesday, April 1st 2015, for Paris Match, it was while evoking the tragic disappearance of her mother that Estelle Lefébure indicated : “I tried everything to get the reckless driver convicted, but I couldn't do it. My sorrows taught me one thing, anger doesn't solve anything. &When my mother died, I had completely lost confidence in myself. I felt guilty all the time”.
