Alain Delon: Alain-Fabien still lives in Douchy, but not in the family home

Although he has not left Douchy, where his lost Alain Delon died, Alain-Fabien does not live year-round in the property family.

Alain-Fabien Delon's life has been turned upside down by the loss of his father. But not only that. Alain Delon's youngest son is suffering from the implosion of his family, more divided than ever by the patriarch's succession. “This situation saddens me as it would have saddened our father,” he confides to Paris Match, mentioning in a low voice his older sister, Anouchka, who refuses to speak to him except through her lawyers.

“The last time we saw each other with Anouchka and her husband, last November, it was like in a bad play. We didn't even say hello”, describes the young thirty-something who still spends part of his time in Douchy, in the Loiret department.

Alain Delon: where his son Alain-Fabien now lives ?

It was in the summer of 2023 that Alain-Fabien Delon put down his suitcases in Douchy to assist his sick father and manage the household. “I have plenty of childhood memories here, with my father [….] It's not so much the presence of the objects that haunt me, it's the painful memories. I think it's going to take me time to erase them”, admits the one who is looking forward to soon becoming a father.

Although he has not completely left the vast family property, Alain-Fabien lives in Paris with his partner, Laura Bensadoun. During their stays in Loiret, the lovers do not, however, take possession of the “house full of ghosts” where the star of The Leopard passed away. Anthony Delon's little brother prefers to stay in a home “less loaded with memories, that his mother Rosalie had built”.

Alain-Fabien Delon: where will grow up his child ?

Alain-Fabien Delon is sorry to see Douchy “going to ruin”. “The house has aged”, he explains to our colleagues. So he does not fully envisage seeing his child grow up there in the long term. “I share Laura's desire to not raise our child in Paris, even though it's here that he's going to be born“, insists the happy dad.

And after ? “The world is ours, since Laura and I have jobs that allow us to work from wherever we are want”, replies Alain-Fabien Delon, also mentioning “writing projects”. For her part, Laura Bensadoun “continues to devote herself to her swimwear brand that she launched with her sister five years ago”.
