La liste des revendications de l’Union interfédérale des agents de la fonction publique Force ouvrière de la Lozère ne désemplit pas.

200% Deposit Bonus up to €3,000 180% First Deposit Bonus up to $20,000

The Interfederal Union of Civil Servants Force Ouvrière (UIAFP FO) of Lozère communicates. “The Barnier government has just fallen but the demands remain! A majority of deputies voted for the motion of censure leading to the fall of the government, it specifies. Michel Barnier and his ministers, including the Minister of Civil Service Guillaume Kasbarian, are paying for their austerity policy which is unfavourable to employees as well as civil servants and public agents. The institutional crisis is now added to the social crisis.”

“Salary increase”

FO civil service insists on emergency “of an increase in salaries by unfreezing the index point; of the immediate opening of negotiations to improve the index scale and restore meaning to the principle of career and the attractiveness of public employment; of the cessation of job cuts and restructuring and the resumption of recruitment wherever necessary; of the strengthening of the local public service as well as the budgets necessary to carry out the missions in the best conditions in the three sectors of the public service and of eliminating all waiting days in the public service”.

Repeal of the pension reform

In Lozère, UIAFP continues to demand: “In terms of the public service, the maintenance and strengthening of the territorial network; the creation of positions civil servants wherever necessary; the repeal of the pension reform; the unfreezing of the index point; the increase in salaries; the recognition and promotion of civil service professions; the end of massive job cuts – 100,000 in the civil service alone – and the increase in budgets.”

She issues “a solemn warning” to the next government: “Renewing anti-civil servant measures will immediately relaunch a new call for a strike.
