Apple has a range of services, including the Fitness+ subscription which offers programs for physical exercise. And at the beginning of the year, the company is announcing a series of new features for this subscription, which will be perfect for those who have just announced their New Year's resolutions.
Apple offers new programs on Fitness+
Among the new features of Apple Fitness+, there is a new muscle strengthening program that, according to the Cupertino company, “guides users through the process of developing and maintaining muscle mass, with an emphasis on efficiency.”
Apple Fitness+ also features a new program, “Strength, Endurance, and Agility for Pickleball,” hosted by professional player Catherine Parenteau. The subscription also includes a new yoga program called “Yoga Peak Poses,” as well as an introduction to breath-based meditation. In addition, Apple is offering new content created in collaboration with music and dance stars.
This new content will be available starting January 6.

Apple has also announced a new integration of Apple Fitness+ with Strava. “With the improved integration, when Fitness+ members share a workout with the Strava app, they now have access to detailed information – including the episode image, episode number, music genre, coach name and data collected – allowing them to track their fitness journey and share it with their community on Strava,” the Cupertino company says.
And that’s not all, since Apple is also offering three months of free Apple Fitness+ subscription to Strava users.
It seems that Apple has decided to start the year by boosting its services. Indeed, the firm will also offer its Apple TV+ streaming service for free on January 4 and 5, in order to give Internet users the opportunity to test this service, which competes with Netflix.
