As the end-of-year holidays approach, the two intercommunal structures are unveiling an original selection of unique and authentic products, linked to Lodévois Larzac and the Cœur d’Hérault.

Art and science

At the Lodève Museum, we focus on art and science. “You don't have to visit the museum, it's freely accessible in the entrance hall” specifies the manager, Geoffroy Meyer. The place located on Square Georges Auric offers stuffed animals, toys and educational games related to our collections for children around dinosaurs, prehistory, archaeology or rocks. It also has specialized books and comics, accessible to all.

We also have small products such as bags made from recycled exhibition tarpaulins from the museum created in town by Sandrine Dole d’Alinfini with the Abeille Verte sewing workshop, or reproductions of the Grand Faune de Dardé made in the molding workshop of the Tautavel prehistory museum.”

“They are showcased in a wooden case, with furniture created from recycled materials by La Grande Conserve, which specializes in reusing materials, says its manager Delphine Fauvernier, who offers a series of gift boxes made from food or cosmetic products. We also have upcycled products such as bags, pencil cases or notebooks, and derivative products stamped Lodévois and Larzac and eco-responsible.”
