Bail Rénov' invites itself to the general meeting of Lozère owners

At the end of January 2025, Éloïse Costes, director of the Departmental Agency for Housing Information (Adil), presented this system, which aims to improve the energy performance of rented housing.

Many property owners expressed their interest at the general meeting of the National Union of Property Owners of Lozère (UNPI 48).

After the moral report of the president and the financial report of the treasurer Jean-Pierre Affortit, Eloïse Costes, director of the Departmental Agency for Housing Information (Adil) captivated the audience with her presentation on the Bail Rénov', which was very explicit and appreciated by all.

Agreement signed

At the end of the general meeting, the UNPI 48 signed the partnership agreement of the Bail Rénov' scheme with the Adil, to deploy the national CEE Bail Rénov' programme in the department.

The amount of the contribution to join the association is €50 and includes a subscription to the magazine 35 million owners.

First-time buyers welcome

The Departmental Chamber of Real Estate Owners of Lozère represents them in various committees (conciliation, Anah, CCAPEX, etc.). Its role is to inform, advise and defend the interests of real estate owners.
