Angélique Angarni-Filopon (Miss France 2025): “I protect myself, but my nephews are not necessarily”

During the program, Angélique Angarni-Filopon was notably questioned about the hateful messages she has received since her election. “What people don't realize is that behind the scenes, I have a family that comes across these comments. I protect myself. But my nephews aren't necessarily. I find it çsad to tell someone that you don't like them“, Miss France 2025 declared.

As a reminder, Angélique Angarni-Filopon (34 years old, editor's note) is the oldest beauty queen in the history of the Miss France competition. She was notably able to participate in the ceremony due to the recent rule change put in place by the Miss France committee. Before her, Eve Gilles had also been the target of hateful messages during her reign.

“For me, it wasn't an issue. In the street, a lot of women have short hair. It doesn't pose no problem. So, at first, it made me laugh. When I saw that it touched my loved ones. It started to hurt me because it hurt them”, declared the one who will soon participate in Dancing with the Stars on TF1.
