Like Cdiscount and Fnac, Amazon initiated its Black Friday this Friday, November 17, 2023. But unlike the others, it is committed to one thing: you will not be able to find a better price by the end of the operation which takes place on November 27. In other words, this weekend you have the best prices of the entire period – even including the “real” Black Friday which takes place Friday November 24.

Amazon has therefore put its cards on the table from day one: this allows it to not have a bottleneck over a single day, and this allows it to have maximum visibility among the French who do not will not necessarily be connected on November 24 at midnight. The other side of the coin is that millions of French people are aware and that stock shortages are happening more quickly.

The madness of Black Friday in 2023

In the midst of a purchasing power crisis, Black Friday comes at just the right time. Amazon wants to allow all its customers to do their Christmas shopping as soon as possible – and less expensive. This allows people who make their Christmas gifts on Black Friday to possibly return them after the holidays if they do not ;were not convinced. This will not be possible with players like Fnac or Darty, who are limited to 14 days of withdrawal. If you don't go through Amazon, you will have to resell Christmas gifts that are not satisfactory.

That said, Black Friday is not just about Amazon: you can very well find deals online on sites like Cdiscount, Fnac   8211; or even live brand sites. This is the case, for example, of Samsung, Emma and Dyson, which display breathtaking prices on their official store. It's where you'll find the best Black Friday prices.

On Amazon, Black Friday is also excellent. The platform has negotiating power with brands which allows it to have prices charged nowhere else. For example, you could have a PS5 for 429 euros for a few hours before it was taken by storm. You can get a very good offer on a Surface Pro 9, on Bose and Sony headsets, headphones or even the OnePlus 11. Amazon particularly appreciates smartphones, there are some very good deals to be had.

Whether for Black Friday or throughout the year, Amazon is the leader in e-commerce in France. The American merchant takes advantage of its size to negotiate advantageous deals with all brands. In addition, it offers an extremely successful customer experience, via the Prime program or not, which gives it another advantage over the competition.

For Black Friday, you have all the arguments combined. This weekend you can find the best deals of the year – on the most requested products of the year – and have security on returns. The only negative point is the available stock which seems relatively low on bestsellers. If you want to buy brands like Microsoft, Sony, Bose or Xiaomi, you have to hurry because the quantities available are not infinite. Last year, during this Black Friday week, Amazon had already struggled to maintain stock until the end.

In 36 hours, a large part of the best products disappeared from the American platform. If you don't want to miss Black Friday on Amazon, you need to shop faster this Saturday or Sunday so as not to let others get ahead of you. If Fnac, Cdiscount and Darty seem to want to start their operation later next week, Amazon will have played all its cards beforehand.
