At retailers, the basic version of the iPhone 14, which is already more than two years old, can still be found between 700 and 750… except for promotions! And these are starting to become numerous. The “Plus” version of the iPhone 14 created a surprise two years ago when it was unveiled. Now installed in the latest iPhone ranges, it allows you to benefit, in short, from a larger iPhone with a better display. All with the same performance as an Apple iPhone. Before Black Friday, we could see an iPhone 14 Plus at 679 euros instead of 869 euros at some retailers, i.e. almost -22% and 200 euros in savings. At Rakuten, the iPhone 16 is not the only one to have lost hundreds of euros. iPhone 16: the pleasant surprise of Black Friday ?
The iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Pro are the latest additions to Apple's smartphone range and they are still excellent. Whatever its version (standard, Plus, Pro, Pr Max), the iPhone 16 still benefits above all from its iOS operating system which is still as stable and ergonomic as ever despite many uses of the device and interactions with all the other tools made in Cupertino. The iPhone 16 is also still capable of taking very beautiful photographs (as long as you don't rely too much on its zoom), and above all, ever more breathtaking videos with its two 48 Mpx and 12 Mpx sensors.
Let's also mention the new A18 and A18 Pro chips which deliver excellent performance. There is still one downside to be noted: the absence of Apple Intelligence, presented as the big new feature of the iPhone 16, and which has not been available in Europe for the moment. We will also regret the frozen screen at 60 Hz on the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus and the eternal question of autonomy (despite an improved battery), which turns out to be a little short compared to the competition.
