Finally, Bob Sinclar revealed that it was a subterfuge on Friday, January 31, during the launch of the video for his new single Take It Easy On Me. In the video, the 55-year-old man has his fake face torn off by an actress.

Bob Sinclar opens up about his fake plastic surgery

Two days after the release of his video, Bob Sinclar gave an interview to the Parisien. For the occasion, he returned to his idea of ​​transforming himself physically. “Today, music alone is no longer enough to promote a new title (…) We must constantly reinvent ourselves and compete in imagination, because notoriety has become more important than talent”, he explained.

Inspired by Laurent Lafitte's botox at the César and Stromae's idea to pretend to be a drunk man for the launch of Formidable, Bob Sinclar decided to wear makeup and fool his fans. “The result, the metamorphosis was so incredible that we decided to shoot little sketches like in everyday life. I told myself that we would post one or two and that it would be a joke” he revealed.

The DJ sends a message of prevention to his subscribers

For several days, Bob Sinclar revealed the scenes filmed with his makeup on social networks. Paloma and Raphaël's father was then confronted à of strong criticism. He confided: “I had become a physical monster. A wind of hatred comes to me from certain people who posted detestable messages”.

While the DJ is proud of having managed to deceive his subscribers, he é was also hallucinated to see how quickly fake news spreads. “If there is a message to get across, it is to be careful with the relay of information” he warned.
