Spread the love

Some changes will take place from March 2025 for RSA beneficiaries but also for workers receiving the CAF activity bonus. We explain.

From March 2025, the reform of solidarity at source, implemented as an experiment in five departments since autumn 2024, will be extended to all of the country's Family Allowance Funds (CAF), reports Thanks for the info.

This reform will result in several changes for beneficiaries of the activity bonus.

200% Deposit Bonus up to €3,000 180% First Deposit Bonus up to $20,000

A pre-filled form

Remember that the activity bonus is aid paid by the CAF or the MSA to adult workers (employees, apprentices, or self-employed) with modest incomes and residing in France. Its amount is calculated based on the resources and composition of the household.

Currently, beneficiaries must complete a quarterly declaration of resources indicating the income received over the last three months. From March 2025, this declaration will be replaced by a pre-filled form, including the net social amount (MNS) shown on pay slips since February 2024, as well as the aid received.

A verification

These amounts will be directly reported by the employer or social organizations (Health Insurance, CAF, MSA, France Travail, pension funds). Beneficiaries will only have to check the accuracy of the amounts indicated and add resources not mentioned, such as alimony, gifts or income from capital or assets.

Another important change mentioned by the specialized media: the months taken into account for the calculation of the benefit will change from M-1 and M-3 to M-2 and M-4.
