“Choose Love”: Netflix announces an interactive romantic comedy for the end of August

DÉPÊCHE — Planned for Thursday, August 31 Next up, “Choose Love” is an interactive romantic comedy made by Netflix. As was the case with Black Mirror's “Bandersnatch”, for example, choices will be regularly offered to the viewer and these will influence the course of the story.

A sound engineer, Cami seems to be living the perfect love affair with her boyfriend, until she meets a fortune teller who will change her mind. From then on, she regularly gets in front of the camera to address the viewer and ask for their opinion. A whole series of events (mainly encounters) will thus be punctuated, and the different choices selected will decide the rest of the film.

“As Cami is faced with a whole series of choices – ranging from the most trivial to major ethical dilemmas – viewers help her decide exactly what she should do,” announces Netflix to whet your appetite. The trailer is already on YouTube.

Whatever choices are made, the film will last 1h17, but can be restarted as many times as desired to explore the different possible scenarios.
