The affected product is the “Bloc de foie gras de canard du Sud-Ouest” from the Delpeyrat brand. This foie gras, packaged in 540 g vacuum-packed packaging, was available on shelves on Thursday, December 12 before being immediately withdrawn. Its use-by date is March 16, 2025.
