Cycling: two Sète residents from Guidon Sportif perfectly connected with the FFC

Lénaïc Olivier et Anthony Scicolone ont remporté une manche de Coupe de France en e-cycling.

Since 2022, the French Cycling Federation has been offering e-cycling (connected bike) championships via the Zwift platform. A very official competition, with weighing and points taken into account in the FFC and FSGT national rankings.

Last year, the Guidon Sportif Sétois had already laid a good foundation. Some of its members had actually embarked on the adventure, giving the club third place in the FSGT French championship.

This season, five rounds were contested on behalf of the FFC. And the fifth, which took place this Wednesday, December 18, saw two Sète riders shine again. Lénaïc Olivier thus finished first in category B, imitated by Anthony Scicolone in category C.

Two great performances that will perhaps give ideas to the people of Sète for 2025. The FSGT French Cup will indeed begin on January 2. Lénaïc Olivier and Anthony Scicolone will be there, accompanied by Matthis Guillot, Mickaël Denis, André Alonzo, Laurent Mondon, Nicolas Rodriguez and Nicolas Grosso. So many connected riders who will try to put Guidon Sportif Sète back on a national podium.
