Mother Darshani Dilanthika Ekanyake, 35, and her four children – a 7-year-old boy, Inuka Wickramasinghe, along with three girls, Ashwini Wickramasinghe, 4, Ranaya Wickramasinghe, 3, and Kelly Wickramasinghe, two months – and a family friend, Gamini Amarakoon Amarakoon Mudiyanselage, 40, were killed with knives, according to the police.
