Flights between Montpellier and Bastia from 45 euros: Transavia launches a new airline for summer 2025

Transavia France, the low-cost subsidiary of the Air France-KLM group, recently announced the opening of a new airline connecting Montpellier to Bastia, starting July 12, 2025. This flight, operated once a week every Saturday, will offer passengers an ideal opportunity to discover the beauty of Corsica, or to join their loved ones, while benefiting from the company's attractive fares.

This new route meets a growing demand for Mediterranean destinations. The Montpellier-Bastia flight will allow travelers to enjoy easier access to the Isle of Beauty, starting at €45 including tax one way.

An ambitious development strategy

The line will operate every Saturday, offering a convenient option for a long weekend or a summer getaway. This flight will complement Transavia's offer, which already offers several other destinations from Montpellier, and marks a strengthening of the company's presence in the south of France.

This new line is part of an ambitious development strategy for Transavia, which continues to expand its network across Europe and to sunny destinations. For the summer of 2025, the company will also offer many new routes, including connections from Paris Orly, Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille and Nantes, to destinations such as Amsterdam, Munich, and several Mediterranean cities.
