"France killed my husband": the shocking speech of the widow of the policeman killed in Mougins

The gendarme's widow questioned the profile of the reckless driver, known to the police for several serious traffic offences: “Why can this repeat offender move around freely” ?”, before pointing out the abolition of the death penalty and the penal reform laws implemented by Robert Badinter. “1981” should never have existed.
