A few weeks ago, Samsung revealed the date of its next 'Unpacked' event. The meeting is therefore set for July 10, at three p.m. (Paris time). According to the latest rumors, it seems that the focus will be on Galaxy AI during the conference, however rumors shared in recent weeks lead us to believe that new mobiles will also be announced for the occasion . It should probably be the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 and the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6. The Galaxy Ring connected ring could also be in the spotlight, but we will only know for sure on the big day.

Among the announcements particularly anticipated during this Unpacked conference, it is assumed in particular that the new Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6 will be more expensive than its predecessors. Moreover, the device would be very similar to its predecessor with still a folding screen in the width direction. On the other hand, the photo capacities would be on the rise, with in particular the arrival of a fifty megapixel lens on the back. It is often considered that the higher this number, the better the quality of the image. In fact, this is rather true when it comes to measuring the grain displayed on the image. But this is absolutely not the only parameter to take into account when evaluating a photo, so much so that professionals do not hesitate to sometimes call this technical characteristic a vanity metric.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6: a technical sheet to review?

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6, for its part, should feature a large folding screen lengthwise, measuring more than eight inches. Under this panel, selfie enthusiasts would be entitled to a four-megapixel front lens with an f/1.8 aperture, according to rumors.

Of course, here too, the technical sheet must be considered with caution. But we assume that the new Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 will also have a 4,400 mAh battery. This may seem quite thin for a folding smartphone, especially at this size. Moreover, 4400 mAh is also the capacity of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 battery, which we took the time to test. To see that indeed, the autonomy is rather average. So let's hope that the manufacturer contradicts the clues, and offers us a better battery.

What we know about the Galaxy Ring, to date

The Galaxy Ring is also only at the speculation stage, for the moment. However, we assume that it will be a connected ring similar to the competition offered by the Oura, available on the market for several years now. Samsung's new connected object should connect via Bluetooth, the integration being expected to be ideal with the Korean's smartphones. However, it is possible that other brands are compatible, provided you have a sufficiently advanced version of Android.

With Samsung's connected ring, we should be able to measure our heartbeat using a dedicated sensor. The ring should also allow us to be alerted in the event of a notification received on our mobile, perhaps through a simple vibration. A good alternative to a cell phone, the latter sometimes risking waking up your partner while the ring is more discreet.

It is currently difficult to estimate the price of the Galaxy Ring, but it could range between 200 and 400 euros, according to our own estimates. Apple is also working on a connected ring, it seems, but it would not be released for many years.

Galaxy Buds3 and Galaxy Watch Ultra also on the program&amp ;nbsp;?

The latest rumors about Unpacked also mention the announcement of a Galaxy Watch Ultra. As its name suggests, it should take on the codes of the Apple Watch Ultra, its direct competitor, including resistance to extreme weather conditions. A Galaxy Watch7, which would be a continuation of the Watch6, could also be revealed.

Also on the program, new Galaxy Buds3 which would change at all at all compared to the brand's previous headphones. Samsung would abandon the bean format to turn to something more consensual, with a design close to Apple's AirPods.
