Famous French cellist, Gautier Capuçon married Delphine Borsarello, also a cellist, in September 2007. Together, they founded a family.

Born on September 3, 1981 in Chambéry, Gautier Capuçon is from the commune of Les Chapelles in Savoie. After winning several first prizes in cello and piano in his hometown, he continued his training at the Conservatoire de Paris. In the French capital, Gautier Capuçon perfected his art under the tutelage of Annie Cochet-Zakine and Philippe Muller. A true cello prodigy, he notably won the First Prize at the Maurice Ravel International Music Academy in Saint-Jean-de-Luz in 1998. Subsequently, the brother of violinist Renaud Capuçon received numerous international distinctions.

Chamber music performer or orchestral soloist, Gautier Capuçon has performed alongside the most prestigious performers of our time. He has notably played with pianists Nicholas Angelich, Martha Argerich, Daniel Barenboim, Stephen Kovacevich, Frank Braley, Helene Grimaud, Yuja Wang, and also Katia and Marielle Labèque. Gautier Capuçon has also shared the stage with his brother Renaud Capuçon. Practicing his art with the help of a Matteo Goffriller from 1701, the cellist interprets both classical and romantic and modern repertoire. He plays compositions by Beethoven, Brahms, Shostakovich, Haydn, Ravel,  Saint-Saëns,  Schubert etc.

Gautier Capuçon: his brother Renaud is husband à a famous French journalist

Private life side, Gautier Capuçon has been married since September 2007 to cellist Delphine Borsarello. The latter is in fact the second of six children of violinist Jean-Luc Borsarello. Together, the couple of musicians founded a family. The two artists gave birth to two girls named Fée and Sissi. For his part, Gautier Capuç's brother we are married to the journalist Laurence Ferrari. Renaud Capuçon and the host, who works on CNews and Europe 1, have had a child. It is of a boy named Elliott. The latter was born on November 8, 2010.
