Guest of Jordan De Luxe on January 13, Bruno Moynot made rare confidences. Without mincing his words, the ex-member of Splendid spoke his sometimes strained relationship with Gérard Jugnot.

He is the least popular figure in the Splendid troupe, launched in 1974. Bruno Moynot has long rubbed shoulders with those who made the success of Les Bronzés and a multitude of successful films. Although his film career has been less rich than those of his acolytes, he played in the film Santa Claus is a bastard, released in 1982.
Bruno Moynot played the inevitable Monsieur Preskovic, offering doubitchous, these cakes rolled under the armpits. Three years earlier, he had slipped in the shoes of the irascible character of Gilbert, asking for a sugar crepe in a cult sequence from the film Les Bronzés font du ski. “40 years later, that people still talk about it, it doesn't bother me”, the actor said on the show Chez Jordan De Luxe on January 13. During this interview, Bruno Moynot returned to his relations with the ex-members of Splendid.

It's a family. When we get together, we laugh“, he confided.
On October 10, those who made up the Splendid troupe reunited for a sad event. It was in Paris, on the occasion of Michel Blanc's funeral, that they were able to talk about their respective lives. “It's really family ties. They're close people, that we love […] When Michel died, we said: 'We're stupid. We should see each other more often'”, he said, admitting that each other's schedules sometimes had trouble matching up.
While Bruno Moynot assured that he had remained close to the ex-members of Splendid, he did not hide the fact that he had had a few disagreements. “It happened that we had little arguments…“, he said, confiding that it was still “very rare”. If the atmosphere was generally good-natured, the guest from Jordan De Luxe mentioned the impulsive character of Gérard Jugnot. “Gérard, he's a bit touchy. But it doesn't last long”, he specified.
And he continued: “But honestly, we hardly had any arguments”, the actor recalled. Small clashes without consequences. 50 years of memories that have mostly left moments of laughter in Bruno Moynot's head.
