Two people were slightly injured. They were taken care of by the school nurses, the school management said in an internal message, consulted by Le Parisien. The parents of the victims were also alerted.

“Human reinforcements from the police and the National Education were deployed on site” on Friday and were present on Saturday “to ensure security within the grounds and on the way to the high school”, indicated Anne Genetet. The police will be “even more” present around the high school “in the coming days”, the department's prefect, Frédérique Camilleri, said on Friday.

An investigation has been opened by the prefecture. “No one should attack the school, its teachers, its staff or its students. “I won't let anything go,” thundered the minister.
