The closure of an essential business like this one is always a bit of life that goes away, a bit of humanity… The “Pâtisserie des lacs” is an institution, with a great team. It developed the famous walnut cake “Le Pâstissous”, distributed throughout the region, which Florence and Christian will continue to make. The news of this closure is therefore likely to cause a stir. Many shop windows have already gone silent in our streets. Here is another one. Of course, tomorrow, there will still be bread in this high place of Lévezou. But the good smell of hot bread and croissants will be dispersed to the four winds. “Nothing is done without passion. Passion is a continuous fire, an energy renewed every morning. To have it, you need the strength of health and the stubbornness of youth, the beauty of an ambitious project.
