Philippe Noiret's apartment was emptied

Almost 20 years after Philippe Noiret's death, his memory remains anchored in the memory of his loved ones. The actor Pascal Elbé, who considered him as his spiritual father, has also remained in contact with his family. Invited on Wednesday, January 22, to Télématin on France 2, he revealed:   “I went at his place, a month ago, because they are going to move his apartment”.

Since the actor's death, his Parisian home has become “a sort of museum” as he had accumulated so many objects. “To see everything this gentleman left behind, it's a very strong legacy” has also entrusted Pascal Elbé.

Pascal Elbé knew Philippe Noiret's apartment well. Indeed, he spent time in the last months of the actor's life, wishing “to accompany him in his last moments, until the end”. &On his return to the accommodation, almost 20 years without having set foot there, he nevertheless noted : “He was just as I had left him”.

If the director of The Lucky Star had time to grieve, his time in Philippe Noiret's apartment was very emotional. He confided: “His presence was everywhere. It's crazy, there was still his perfume on the headboard. And in fact, he was there, he is there. We say to ourselves, it's true that we may have a job where we don't completely leave”.
