The holiday season is upon us and you may be in a festive mood. To get you in the atmosphere and enjoy a little calm before Christmas, nothing beats a trip to the movies. At the moment, there are some good films on. Might as well make the most of it!

If you have already seen and re-watched Wicked, Vaiana 2 and Gladiator II, don't panic: several films worth seeing have just been released in theaters. To help you make a choice, we've scoured the box office and selected 3 films that have just been released in theaters. For the sake of everyone, we have not chosen to include Kraven the Hunter in our selection.

“He lives in you”. We all know The Lion King, with Simba, Timon, Pumbaa… But what about Mufasa ? Disney offers us the origin story of the character whose death traumatizes all generations. How did this orphaned lion cub become the king of the pride of the lion family ? Why did his brother Scar hate him so much ? The live-action film Mufasa promises us answers.

If the script and music of Mufasa do not live up to our expectations, the feature film is sumptuous and should captivate the youngest viewers. Far from being a disaster, Mufasais a pretty cute film, ideal for family movie outings during this festive period. If the press is far from convinced (2.5/5), AlloCiné viewers are more enthusiastic with a score of 3.7 out of 5.

If you like biopics, you will love Sarah Bernhardt, the Divine. Starring Sandrine Kiberlain, the feature film offers to discover the woman behind the legend. In her time, Sarah Bernhardt was an icon, talented, modern and free. Certainly one of the most important actresses in France of the 19th and early 20th centuries.

With an average of 3.4 out of 5 given by the press and spectators of AlloCiné, Sarah Bernhardt, the Divine is a thrilling and colorful film, which allows us to dust off the myth. Between sumptuous sets and the impeccable performance of Sandrine Kiberlain, Sarah Bernhardt, the Divine is definitely worth watching in theaters.

What if Le Beau Rôle was the romantic comedy of the end of the year ? That's what the press and the spectators think by AlloCiné, giving it respective scores of 3.5 and 3.6 out of 5. With William Lebghil and Vimala Pons in the lead roles, Le Beau Rôle immerses us in the daily life of Henri and Nora, two lovers who have shared everything for years. So much so that she directs the plays in which he acts. But when Henri lands his first film role, their balance is threatened. The creation of their new show goes down the drain and their relationship explodes. How to do it ?

At once funny, rhythmic, tender and touching, Le Beau Rôle is finely written by Victor Rodenbach and particularly well played by William Lebghil and Vimala Pons. A little haven of sweetness that feels good in this period.

In official selection at the Cannes Film Festival last May, Everybody loves Toudahas its little effect. This feature film follows Touda, who dreams of becoming a Cheikha, a traditional Moroccan artist, who sings without shame or censorship texts of resistance, love and emancipation, passed down for generations. To provide for her needs and those of her son, Touda performs every evening in the bars of her small provincial town under the gaze of men. Mistreated and humiliated, she decides to leave everything for the lights of Casablanca, in search of a better future. Between fiction and documentary, Everybody loves Touda is a beautiful feminist and moving story.
