Now that the iPhone 16 is available, the media is getting a little more interested in the next new products from the Cupertino company. Indeed, it has been rumored for a while that Apple will organize another keynote this October to present new Macs and new iPads. And in his latest newsletter, Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman, who is usually a well-informed source, published the list of new products that Apple should launch before the end of the year, as well as the new products that would arrive in the first half of 2025.
According to Gurman, here are the products that should be announced during the event this October (the journalist specifies that at least one of these products could be available as early as November 1):
Otherwise, for the first half of 2025, here is the list of products that Apple is reportedly planning to release:
In his newsletter, Mark Gurman specifies that new Mac Studio and Mac Pro are also in development. But this development would take a little more time.
200% Deposit Bonus up to €3,000 180% First Deposit Bonus up to $20,000In any case, according to the Bloomberg journalist, a change of strategy would be underway at Apple. In essence, the firm would now tend to launch a new product when it is ready, or not to release a new product if it has not yet been finalized, instead of imposing an annual rhythm.
Moreover, Apple would have already started to deviate from its old strategy by presenting new iPads in May, or by launching new Macs and the new HomePod in January 2023. Furthermore, Mark Gurman also recalls that Apple presented new MacBook Airs in June 2023.
This new approach would be easier to manage for Apple, which has accustomed us to big launches in the fall.
Otherwise, Mark Gurman's newsletter also mentions the release of Apple Intelligence. As a reminder, this new feature is not yet available on the stable version of iOS 18. But it will be deployed on compatible models via the iOS 18.1 update. And according to Gurman, this update would arrive on October 28. Unfortunately, this launch does not concern iPhones and iPads used in the European Union. Indeed, in the EU, Apple is subject to additional rules that it will have to comply with before offering Apple Intelligence on iOS and iPadOS (macOS is not affected by these rules).
