Excluded are the municipalities of Cornus, Fondamente, l'Hospitalet du Larzac, La Bastide Pradines, La Cavalerie, La Couvertoirade, Lapanouse de Cernon, Le Clapier, Marnhargues and Latour, Saint-Beaulize, Saint-Jean-et-Saint Paul, Sainte-Eulalie-de-Cernon and Viala-du-Pas-de-Jaux. In all other municipalities, farmers will be able to file a claim for compensation with the Aveyron prefecture.

As a reminder, a frost episode between April 18 and 22, 2024 caused heavy damage to fruit trees (plum, cherry, apricot and peach trees) and vines (wine grapes and table grapes). In South Aveyron in particular, with considerable damage to some producers.
