The international hotel brand Radisson Blu Hotel is coming to Montpellier. This high-end brand will enrich the hotel offering in the metropolis. It will be located in place of the Crowne Plaza hotel, which opened in 2012. The Arrelia group, which bought the establishment a year ago, is preparing to make the announcement.
In order to meet the demands of excellence imposed by the international brand, which has 4 stars, the establishment will undergo major renovation work from 2025. The Radisson Blu brand will then be welcomed there from March 1st.

The location of the hotel establishment, “ideally located a few minutes from the Place of the Comédie and the Congress Center-Le Corum”, was a key element in the negotiations between Arrelia and Radisson Blu.
Once the work is completed, the latter will offer 144 rooms “modern and elegant”, including 3 suites “with private terraces”, a large welcoming hall, a bar, and a restaurant with a capacity of 150 seats, “showcasing cuisine with Italian accents”.
“A world-renowned brand”
The establishment “will also offer facilities adapted to a diverse clientele”: a fully equipped gym, a large outdoor swimming pool with terrace, and five modular and perfectly equipped meeting rooms, which can accommodate up to 150 people designed for professional or private events.
“Our choice to collaborate with Radisson Hotel Group reflects our ambition to associate with a brand recognized worldwide for its expertise in hospitality and customer satisfaction, explains Mathieu Blanc, President of the Arrelia Group. With the elegance and excellence of Radisson Blu, we want to offer a unique experience where modernity, comfort and conviviality combine to create a high-quality four-star stay”.
