“Realism, optimism, humanism”

In his speech, similar to an anticipated end-of-term assessment, Christophe Rivenq painted a positive picture of life at the heart of the community so that 2025 could begin with a “mark of realism, optimism and humanism”.

A status report with few announcements, except for four electric buses for public transport. Christophe Rivenq especially highlighted “30 years of work” in the areas of: health, education, economy, culture, security, agriculture, environment…

“I believe in our ability to build a better world”, he maintained in front of the mayors, while mentioning Alès as the “second most attractive city in France” of its stratum. While wanting to continue to move forward “hand in hand”, the speech ended with a feeling of pride, even in the face of failures that were difficult to take: “We were in fact the French capital of culture in 2024”.
