“I don't eat water”: Patrick Puydebat is frank about his alcohol consumption

Tuesday, December 17, 2024, on the set of the show Chez Jordan, on C8, the actor first spoke about his excesses with alcohol. “I don't drink tea, I don't eat seeds, eh! I enjoy life, a little too much sometimes”, he conceded. While alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, Patrick Puydebat declared: “I have never fallen in anything but I'm a wine lover”.

Patrick Puydebat: “It's not drunkenness that I'm looking for”

In all transparency, the 53-year-old actor revealed: “At home, I don't have a bar. I don't drink hard liquor or vodka or whiskey, things like that. I drink wine, but I drink too much“, before specifying: “I like great wines, that's it. It's not drunkenness that I'm looking for, but…tasting”. Faced with Jordan de Luxe, Patrick Puydebat said that he drank wine “every night for dinner”.

“I don't have dinner with water, I have lunch with water, but at dinner it's too difficult”, he said. Questioned on his passion for great wines, the former partner of Hélène Rollès added : “I had a very broad education and therefore the culture of wines… Culture of the table, of food and wine is part of its habits, its traditions”.

Patrick Puydebat: “I have a weakness for wine”

On April 7, 2023, in the columns of Public magazine, the small screen star had estimated that his lifestyle was not “super healthy”. “I don't do any sports anymore because I had back problems, and I'm not going to hide the fact that I have a weakness for wine. I love great wines, I can't imagine having dinner with water. And I smoke too”, he had declared.

In all transparency, Patrick Puydebat had made it known that he was a good alive and that he loved to share big dinners with his friends. “I like to have my friends in my house in Normandy, besides, they have the keys, so they can take care of my cat”, he had added.
