Friday, January 24, Cyril Hanouna and the TPMP columnists debriefed the prestigious properties presented the day before in L'agence, on TMC. 300 square meter apartment in the heart of Paris with rooftop terrace and swimming pool, chateau & Etretat, a mansion in Brittany… the Kretzes have once again given the viewers a great show. But, in Touche pas àgrave; mon poste, the C8 troublemaker was not impressed. On the contrary, he appeared almost jaded.

It must be said that as he revealed, Cyril Hanouna was able to see some of these (very) sumptuous accommodations up close. And for good reason: the host knows the right people! While it was a question of an apartment sold for 34 million euros, he seemed very well informed. “It was sold at that price”, he said assertive, (very) sure of himself. “Oh really, and how do you know that ?” Géraldine Maillet was interested.

“It's curious because since we've been doing this column on Fridays, you always mention the fact that you visited the apartmentt, that you know him, etc. À from how much you are interested in an apartment ?” wanted to know Bernard Montiel. Slightly embarrassed, the C8 star initially dodged the question. “My mother is telling me 'I want this apartment'!” he read on his cell phone.

Faced with the insistence of Géraldine Maillet, who wanted to know whether or not her boss had visited the famous Parisian penthouse worth 34 million euros, the person concerned finally answered. “Yes !”, he assumed, before specifying the terms to be respected to visit this kind of property: “No but I knew… Because it's not visits like that! They call you, and voila…” So it was one of his (very) privileged contacts who allowed Cyril Hanouna to discover this Parisian gem.

“I give a lot of real estate advice”

But the one whose fortune is estimated at between 10 and 15 million assures that he didn't visit this apartment for himself, but for “a friend”. “You have a lot friends!” laughed Géraldine Maillet. “Yes, I give a lot of real estate advice…” replied the person concerned.

Continuing to scroll through the luxury properties offered by The agency, Cyril Hanouna concluded, reasonably: “It's true that it's nonsense, it's much too expensive, all that, guys !”
