The year 2025 is off to a bad start for Vaimalama Chaves. After a difficult breakup, the former Miss France flew to Costa Rica. There, the young woman tried surfing but, as a novice, she experienced some difficulties. However, it turned tragic because, by dint of drinking the cup, Vaimalama Chaves ended up realizing that it has a big impact on her body. On her Instagram account this Sunday, February 2, she revealed having made a stay in the emergency room. 

Vaimalama Chaves' journey turned tragic. In the caption of her publication, Miss France 2019 provides details regarding her state of health. “I spent the morning in the water. I felt good, confident!”,she revealed before continuing: “And I even saw that I was able to catch some nice waves which çit really made me very happy”. Vaimalama Chaves: When Paradise Turns Tragedy

Vaimalama Chaves thought she was having a good time in the water, without necessarily realizing that her ears were also impacted. “As a result, I started to have pain the right ear, a sore that spread through the skull to the throat,she said. A pain that has become very complicated to manage for the former Miss France. “A really horrible pain! I couldn't sleep a wink all night”, she said. The next day, when she was hoping to enjoy another day of surfing, Vaimalama Chaves went to the obvious: it is impossible for her to spend any more time in the water. 

Vaimalama Chaves' day turned tragic as the pain continued to increase. She then made the decision to go to the emergency room where she was quickly taken care of. “They tried the dehydrated IV three times, and it didn't work, so we ended up doing a butt injection,” she told her followers. While she was hoping that things would improve quickly, they didn't. “Now I have both ears blocked, I've had too much “bad”, deplores the young woman who specifies that she hopes that this bad experience will remain only a “good anecdote”.

Vaimalama Chaves is not the only one to have health problems. This Saturday, February 1st, it was Diane Leyre who confided that she was at her worst. “Well, friends, that's it, the flu got the better of me,” she let it be known in her Instagram story, a bit disappointed. At her worst, the former Miss France gives details to her followers. “I'm at the end of my rope, I had a fever all night, my whole body hurts,” she says, later adding: “I feel like my body is on fire, and it's only the first day, I hope it will pass.”
