For the end-of-year celebrations, Aquaciné is making a comeback at Aqua Camargue, the intercommunal swimming pool in Grau-du-Roi. An unusual experience that will delight young and old alike for an evening to enjoy with family, friends or alone, to be enjoyed on Friday, December 20.

On Friday, December 20, the large pool of the Aqua Camargue swimming pool is transformed into a screening room.

On the program: two major box-office hits to (re)discover: Encanto and Top Gun: Maverick. The evening begins at 6:15 p.m. with a family-friendly screening of the animated film Encanto: The Fantastic Madrigal Family.

This animated feature film from Disney Studios, released in 2021, is a musical comedy. The fantastic Madrigal family lives in a wonderful place called Encanto. All the children have a magical power, except Mirabel…

At 8:15 p.m., it's time for action with Tom Cruise in Top Gun: Maverick! This film directed by Joseph Kosinski in 2022 reenacts fighter pilot Pete Maverick Mitchell for a special mission that no one would have ever imagined.

A giant screen of 7 m X 4 m at the edge of the sports pool

The film is projected on a giant screen (7 m x 4 m) installed at the edge of the sports pool. The public settles into the water, on a mattress, a buoy, or even an aquabike… The less daring can opt for a deckchair at the edge of the pool. Spectators who choose to get into the water must bring swimwear and enough time to go through the changing rooms and showers.

Tickets are already on sale at the pool reception. As the number of places is limited, reservations are required. The price is €6 per session. For organizational reasons, the pool will be closed on Friday, December 20 in the afternoon. Only the relaxation area will operate normally.
