Increase in the number of exhibitors, new features: the 15th Nîmes Fair promises to be a good year

The commercial event of the beginning of the year will be held at the Nîmes exhibition center from February 7 to 10.

The 15th edition of the Nîmes Fair will see a slight increase in the number of exhibitors and a flood of new products from February 7 to 10 that will delight the more than 30,000 visitors expected. “The fair is full. We have gone from 202 to 218 exhibitors from one year to the next. And above all, for our catering division, there is something new with Italian producers who complete our offer: Creole, Brazilian, Canadian and traditional restaurants”, describes the organizer Pascal Settipani.

Quality of the exhibitors

According to him, the strength of this commercial meeting lies in the quality of the exhibitors of course, mainly locals which reassures customers, but also on the exhibition of new products due to a Fair well placed on the calendar of events of the same type in France: “We are not the biggest fair but the first, which means that the peddlers from all over France are testing their new products in Nîmes for the start of the season.”

The Nîmes Fair can count on the well-known stands for housing (furniture, decoration, swimming pool, garden, new energies, construction), gastronomy, leisure, well-being, household items on display, automobiles, all to find an idea, realize a project and this on 9,000 square meters of surface.

The crazy bet of the beginning was successful for Pascal Settipani: “We started with the main hall of the exhibition center, then we expanded by setting up marquees. The fair is extremely well positioned on the calendar. There are the demonstrators, a real success. As soon as we opened the gastronomy center, the fair exploded.” It is by relying on these strong points or by developing them that over the years the event has gained visitors, between 29,000 and 31,000, like last year, a very good year.
