The former Fort Boyard host, however, refused to reveal the reasons for their separation. “Only she and I know. It's a magnificent love story and like all beautiful stories, it had a beginning, a during, an after and an end. But something wonderful remains, it's Benjamin”, he said.

In front of Jordan De Luxe, Jean-Pierre Castaldi said that he never wanted to have more children with his first wife. “She would have liked it, but I didn't. When we separated, it was a very difficult time, first because I didn't see my son anymore, and I told myself that I would never have children again“, he continued.

In a relationship with Corinne for over 40 years, Jean-Pierre Castaldi later had two other children: Giovanni and Paola. “She told me one day: You may be the man of my life but I won't stay with you if you don't want children. And I told her: ‘Let me think about it…’”, recalled Jean-Pierre Castaldi, as a proud father of his three children.
