Spread the love

The last residence of the singer Claude François, which is located in the French capital, is for sale.

He died over 40 years ago, but he is still talked about. Claude François lived in several Parisian homes, but his last apartment is in the 16th arrondissement of the capital. A real estate agency specializing in the sale of remarkable 20th and 21st century architecture, indicates that this property is for sale, relays Le Parisien.

The property has changed

A legend of French music, nicknamed “Cloclo” still has many fans, despite his death 42 years ago. But for the most fortunate among them, it is now possible to acquire the singer's last residence.

200% Deposit Bonus up to €3,000 180% First Deposit Bonus up to $20,000

Located in the prestigious district west of Paris, the apartment is on the eighth floor of a building and has a surface area of 72 m². Located very precisely on Boulevard Exelmans, the accommodation has several assets.

Beyond the bedroom and the kitchen, there is a panoramic view, that is to say 360 °, over all of Paris, where you can see several monuments such as the Eiffel Tower or the Sacré-Cœur. This roof terrace located two floors above the accommodation is, however, part of the offer.

However, “the place was however modified after its disappearance in 1978 (kitchen and bathroom were moved). The current layout rethinks the distribution of spaces to optimize circulation and allow light to diffuse completely throughout the volume”, we can read on the advertisement posted online by the agency on Instagram.

To pay tribute to the singer, a commemorative plaque has been installed on the facade of the building, and a square named Claude François is located a few meters below, notes Le Parisien. In order to acquire the apartment, you will have to pay 950,000 euros.
