Since October, Slimane has been accused of assault and sexual harassment on two technicians. After working on his Cupidon Tourin 2023, the latter filed a complaint against the artist. A case that was very quickly publicized. If the singer continues his tour with his last two dates at the Accor Arena in Paris, he will soon be questioned by the police, according to information from the newspaper Le Parisien.

Still in this article, a producer decided to speak out on the subject and made many confidences about Slimane. “Slimane is not an aggressor, he's a hooker, but he has a drinking probleml, and that makes him impulsive and uninhibited at after-shows (parties after concerts) and evenings,” the latter affirmed.

Slimane: here's what his entourage did to keep him from “slipping up”

He continues : “He's anything but stupid, but he's always had a strong temper“. The producer explains that he noticed that his entourage had to take precautions to prevent him from “slipping up”. “During his tours, knowing that he could slip up, the organizers made sure that there were only girls in his immediate entourage, hairdresser, makeup artist, dresser…“, he admits.

On December 4, when he was supposed to join Vitaa on stage during one of her concerts, Slimane attracted the wrath of the technicians, who refused to work for him. “We signed for Vitaa, not for Slimane. Our job is to put an artist on a pedestal on stage and we don't want to put on a pedestal a guy who is the target of two complaints for sexual assault and sexual harassment, which are also filed by colleagues, sometimes friends,” one of them told Le Parisien.

Slimane ousted from The Voice Kids ?

“Of course, Slimane benefits from the presumption of innocence, but we know the artist and the atmosphere on his tours. Out of the question to work for him“, he added. Another witness recalls the surge of solidarity that there was between them: “We got together and concluded that we were all opposed to Slimane's arrival”, he said.

Since this affair, the singer of Avant toi finds himself at the heart of a controversy that could well impact his professional career. While the filming of the new season of The Voice Kids is scheduled for spring 2025, Slimane was sidelined by the production and will not be part of the jury members this year.
