The sons of Jean-Jacques Goldman and Celine Dion collaborate for a show

The two children of the singers will also unveil a cover album of Celine Dion's greatest hits. A very beautiful collaboration then, between two children of the most famous artists on the planet. The latter have moreover worked together for a long time. Jean-Jacques Goldman had also confided in his musical crush for Celine Dion: “At that time, I didn't write songs for other people but I said to myself: 'If one day I write for a woman, it would be for her or for Aretha Franklin'”, he had said.

“She didn't interest me so much on a personal level. I was interested in her voice. I can really work with unpleasant people &from the moment they interest me artistically.”

But little by little, Jean-Jacques Goldman found in Céline Dion a woman ébreathtaking:  “When you talk to Céline, you learn a lot of things. She's someone who's very spontaneous, who doesn't hide. So even in two hours, three hours, you already learn a lot about her values, about what's important to her”, he confided.

Her life had interested Jean-Jacques Goldman at the time. “When she talks about her husband, her childhood, you quickly come to form an opinion not on the facts but on the substance of the person and we are not too surprised afterwards. It is the same as the person she shows. Little by little, I got into her character, who is a very endearing and very touching character”, he had specified.
