Jeanne Delidais, 14, has had a string of performances in 2024.

A karateka since she was three, Jeanne Delidais trains under the guidance of her mother Amandine De Murcia, a karate teacher at Budopassion at the Paul-Ullman space in Bagnols-sur-Cèze.

The 14-year-old schoolgirl at Saint-Jean has specialized in shotokan kata. “I don't do combat, there's no risk of getting hit in this discipline” the young girl explains. In 2024, the Bagnolaise has put together performances up to the quarter-finals of the French championships and a bronze medal at the French Cup.

Two gold medals in the Gard championship

For 2025, the objectives can only be even higher. The first step was successfully taken thanks to two gold medals (minime and cadette) at the Gard championship. In February, Jeanne will compete in the Occitanie championships in Toulouse, mandatory preparation for the French championships in March in Bourges. Objective: to bring back the gold from Cher.
