According to court documents reported by the TMZ website, neither star will pay the other alimony. The artist will remove Affleck's name from his legal name as soon as the divorce is finalized. The documents also show that the couple resolved the financial aspects of their divorce through mediation and without a lengthy court process.

The couple did not have children together. In 2018, Ben Affleck divorced Jennifer Garner, with whom he has three children. Jennifer Lopez, meanwhile, has been married four times and has twins with singer Marc Anthony.
