The MHR player was present this Thursday at the Selkrik court (Scotland) to hear the verdict in his trial for harassment and domestic violence against his ex-wife. The decision was eventually postponed until January 9 by the court according to The Mirror.

Meanwhile, Stuart Hogg has been handed a five-year non-harassment order and fined £600 for breaching his bail conditions during a previous return to Scotland. Hogg, 32, was due to stand trial last month on charges of harassing his ex-wife Gillian Hogg between 2019 and 2024. The MHR full-back eventually pleaded guilty to domestic violence.

He admitted sending his partner around 200 text messages within hours of announcing their split. The couple are still in the process of divorcing. Stuart Hogg will now have to wait a month for a verdict in the case.
