If the former footballer has a special connection with Brittany, the Var also counts for the couple since it is there that they got married in 2019. In addition, the host is rather fond of the area since she spent there “ all his youthful holidays”, as L’Equipe specifies. Everyone gets something out of it!

Yoann Gourcuff: stay-at-home dad and proud of it

In the pages of Ouest France, in 2023, Yoann Gourcuff made rare confidences about his family life. “I take care of my two children, my wife regularly goes to Paris for her work. It takes time and requires organization. (…) I'm having a great time. I have no worries about say that I am a stay-at-home dad”, admitted the athlete. 

Then added: “The days are very busy, but seeing my children grow up every day is a privilege. What's more, in a peaceful context. Here, we are not bothered. There is space, the sea, the beaches, the forests, the paths…”
