The day before her fall, on Saturday, December 14, Karin Viard was present at the village of Les Arcs to unveil her star. “Very happy to be here, near the bell tower, right in the centre of the village”, she had declared. As every year, the festival is dedicated to independent European cinema. More than 100 films are scheduled for the programme, enlivened by previews, meetings and festive activities.
